Are the notifications intended on cards, lists, boards...etc. are also email other than app notifications?
If not, is there a way to receive emails for cards notifications?

Absolutely, we do offer notifications in app, push for mobile or via email. You can enable email notifications on your settings page at https://trello.com/your/account.

@maged.zereba the biggest "gotcha" with Trello email notifications is that the "instantly" setting doesn't really mean instantly, it means "within about 5 minutes so long as the notification hasn't been viewed elsewhere".
So if you're relying on email notifications, make sure you don't look at them in the web app, desktop app or mobile app!
