Board visible in app but not on desktop

Christine Tona

I have a board that is on my desktop and mobile app, which I can’t leave. I’ve searched everywhere for the leave group and close board but no luck.
The same board isn’t visible in my browser when in Trello.
How can I delete this board or remove myself?
I think it was a downloaded board template.

Hey Christine,

Could you please share a screenshot of how the board looks on desktop and on app or link to the board so we may take a closer look?

If you'd prefer to share this more privately, would you mind reaching out to us at https://trello.com/contact please?

Best regards.
