We have it installed on a windows 7 estate and there is currently a Windows 10 upgrade project. All SW is being investigated to see if it will work on W10.

Yes, that version is compatible with Windows 10. We recommend using a later release though to ensure you have all security fixes and improvements. I recommend watching the Sourcetree Enterprise sub-collection here on Community for updates approved and recommended for deployment.
