As a bamboo_user, Can I run other bamboo plans?

As a bamboo_user, I was able to run other bamboo plans earlier. But, now, it is not working anymore.

Hi @Jayakumar Subramanian better asking your Bamboo admin as it seems he/she has changed the permissions, that's why you cannot run the plans.
