How do you update an excel spreadsheet that you loaded into a Trello card?

I have saved an excel spreadsheet as an xlsx attachment in a Trello card.  I can access the spreadsheet, enable the editing, make my changes and save it.  However, when I reopen the spreadsheet in the Trello card, my changes are not saved.  Is there a way to do this without having to delete the old file and upload the new file?

Does anyone know if you are now able to edit MS Excel spreadsheets in Trello in real-time without having to download, edit, delete the old attachment and then save and upload the new one?

Did this ever get resolved?  It would be a perfect solution for me to have an editable spreadsheet attached to a Trello card.

Crystal from Trello Support here!

At this time, Trello doesn't have a way to edit the excel file within the card. Currently you will need to download the file, edit it in your program, delete the old attachment and then upload the new attachment.

However, I'll be sure to let our development team know that it's something you'd like to see in the future!
