Seems that external diff launch doesn't work on 3.08, is it a bug?

Hi,

I have just updated my SourceTree (Windows) to 3.08 and if I set my cursor on a file (in Log/History tab) and press Control + D for launching the external diff tool it seems that is not launched correctly.
It sounds like a bug, but probably I am performing some wrong operation. Could you verify?

On the release 2.6.10.0 it run.

This seems to be working for me, trying KDiff and System Default options, using semanticmerge, are you using custom seettings?
