Dragging issues to "Issues without versions" throws error

Has anyone else run into this issue?

After using this functionality for years a number of my users are finding losing this due to an error rather cumbersome.

Wondering if anyone else is having trouble with it.

None of my users have reported it. So either they aren't seeing it, or they think it's normal.
