When I access the Authentication tab in settings Sourcetree crashes

I'm using Windows 10 and Sourcetree 2.6.10.

Everytime I go to Tools - Options and click the Authentication tab Sourcetree crashes. I need to update my github details. Can anyone help?

Could you post up any errors recorded in %localappdata%/Atlassian/Sourcetree/sourcetree.log from after a crash.

And then I would suggest updating to v3.0.5 which we are currently rolling out.
