Trello Salesforce Integration Question

Hi there!

I'm interested in investing in one of the Trello Power Ups - Salesforce Integration for Trello. I just want to confirm that the salesforce integration has the following capabilities:

- any updates made in Trello will be reflected in salesforce, and vice versa

- fields that can be updated in salesforce via Trello include customized fields

- there are no exceptions / limits on the fields that can be updated in Salesforce via Trello

Does anyone know more about this? Would love to get your input!

Hi Kaya!

The Salesforce Power-Up is currently only a one way sync, meaning it will only import data from Salesforce into Trello. There is not currently a way to change that data in Trello and have it also update within Salesforce.

Additionally, custom attributes will not currently show up on the card back within Trello. I'll definitely reach out to our team and let them know that these are things that you'd be interested in seeing!
