Connect SourceTree to BitBucket

My bitbucket account has been authenticated in Sourcetree (v2.3.5). But I hit "clone to Sourcetree" on Bitbucket, nothing happens

Are you still experiencing this problem? If so we'll need more information to help you with this issue:

1. Are you using Bitbucket Server or Cloud?
2. Are you able to clone the repo using the command line?
3. What browser are you using?
4. Can you send us a screenshot of what happens when you try to clone the repo?
