When I'm try to watch difference in my one file - it shows cyrillic symbols (encoding windows-1251) wrong. But when I select all files - diff viewer show symbols normally
That's a wierd one.
I would file a bug report at jira.atlassian.com. This answers site is mostly community members with no ability to modify the application.
Also, if/when you post a bug report, answer this question with a link so other users with the same problem can vote it up.
