SourceTree blocks whenever I try to commit

Hello community ! 

I have a problem regarding the commit process in SourceTree, the software completely blocks (as seen in the picture). 

It is just a commit test, nothing heavy just a file of one or 2 words ... Besides, I have quite a powerful machine so I don't know what I have done wrong.

Can you please confirm what version of Sourcetree you are using and the OS version?

Is there any other information that you can provide? This seems to be a very odd issue and never heard of in the past.
