this about source tree

I cant able to log in through the source tree while am cloning the code from bitbucket.

Its been two hours, the credentials are working if i login to bitbucket but its not working while clone from source tree.

1. What steps are you following to authenticate?
2. Are you using Sourcetree for Windows or Mac?
3. Are you using Bitbucket Cloud or Server?
4. Can you send us some screenshots so we can see the problem
