I have created some additional admin users but when they login they don't have access

I have created extra admin users but when they login they are normal users?

They do have access to all groups etc but not the site admin?

Hello,

Kindly make sure that these users are included in any group in the Application Access menu. Go to Jira Settings-> Applications -> Aplication access
