Hi Team,
We are currently experiencing a problem that started yesterday sometime, where we are unable to push or pull any of our bitbucket git repositories via SSH in sourcetree we keep receiving the following error:
git -c diff.mnemonicprefix=false -c core.quotepath=false fetch origin
FATAL ERROR: Network error: Connection refused
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.
Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.
We have only ever connected via SSH and have never experienced a problem until yesterday. If we change over to HTTPs we are able to pull the repositories without any issues. Further this issue is not consistent there are times when everything works and we are able to push and pull as expected and other times where we receive the error constantly. We have found that if we restart sourcetree or putty agent we are able to push and pull however after sometime we start receiving the above error again. Please can you assist in helping see why we are getting this issue all of a sudden.
Kind regards,
Taryn
