We all always have areas we can improve upon to keep furthering our development and careers. What is your top priority?
For me it is continuing to figure out how to best balance transparency and politics. I typically lean towards being open and collaborative but sometimes fail in making ground in the business political climate. I wish it wasn't the case, but is an area that I need to continue to focus on.
