I use bitbucket server for host my project.
when I try to find some project in remote repository section not all project are visible
Which is my mistake?

What version of Sourcetree are you using? When you do a search, does it just change the order of your repositories?
I discovered a bug in 2.5.4, SRCTREEWIN-8530, where the search is not working. It has been resolved and was part of the 2.6.6 release that is currently being rolled out.
