Trello scroll bar all way on far right and won't move left

Dick Robinson

Trello scroll bar all way on far right and won't move left in Firefox. I have cleared cache.

Had same problem in February. Cleared up itself, perhaps after a Windows 10 update.

Windows 10 is up to date now.

Should I reinstall to see if problem corrected?

Thank you.

Dick

So sorry to hear about the trouble!

As a first step, can you try clearing your browser's cache and cookies? That will clear out old session data and should get everything back up and running. Instructions for doing that are here: https://kb.iu.edu/d/ahic

You can also try disabling any extensions since they sometimes affect Trello's performance.

If that doesn't help, please contact us at trello.com/contact and we'll be glad to take a closer look!
