Option to toggle Avatars between text initials and icons?

Our team is using trello for business, occasionally we post screen shots to management.

Is there a way to toggle the avatars to show the text initials for these screenshots?

I am looking for a way to avoid the mandate of no images for avatars.

Thanks

Hi Joel

No, there's not a way to toggle between text and images for the user avatar.
