Hello Shailaja

We can't conclude what is causing the error since does not have meaningful information on the log. Can you provide the full stack trace on what is showing in the logs?

In addition, can you please try disabling any anti-virus or firewall in between the machine that is hosting Crucible and your mail server? A similar KB can be found here.

Please also follow the Configuring SMTP document in order to set e-mail parameters.

Cheers
Rodrigo
