Unable to add Shared Credentials for a repository

I am unable to add shared credentials by username & password. Every time it is giving me the error . (Screenshot attached)

Figured it out. It was an issue with the <Bamboo-Home-Directory> rights.
I gave this folder public rights and now its working fine.

Can you please share stack trace from server logs as screenshot doesn't show it.
