Filter on a Custom Field Multiple Checkbox

Question

What is the syntax for the filter bar to filter based on custom filters? I have a custom filter that has a Sprint number in it. The name of the field is "Sprint #" and it's a drop-down field with sprint numbers 1 through 4 in it as numeric values.  Thanks
