Previously this button would download the file immediately, now it opens a new tab. Tried incognito(chrome), different user, and different computer. Any ideas how to get it back to downloading immediately.

I've actually created an account to complain just about this one feature. As a frequent user of Trello who needs to download a lot of files being shared by my team, this is a major annoyance!

Is there a fix for this yet - It is making life so hard and now the download button is gone replaced with an open in a new window button - which is worse.
