Authorization in the network without the Internet

Good afternoon.
There was a problem of checking / using / authorizing an account on the network without access to the Internet. Those. there is no Internet access (and will not be) on the security policy, but Bitbucket, confluence, jira  is deployed inside the local network,.
Is there a way to run this product?
