Shortcuts not working

Question

Hey Guys, my company I'm working with just introduced us to Trello, we are running some tests to see if its the right product for us and I'm noticing on my system shortcuts do not work at all, is this not available on the free version or do I go gold to have access to the short cuts?

Once restarting the computer and clearing the mac boot cache, the shortcuts seem to be working now! thanks :)

Shortcuts should be working for all accounts (free or otherwise) on the web and on the desktop app.

Can you please see if you experience the same in another browser?  If you are able to use shortcuts in another browser, then likely a quick cache clearing of your current browser will resolve the issue.
