Windows 10 Offline Mode

It's awesome that I can work offline via my iPhone, and its understandable that I can't on my Windows Surface via a browser... 

However, the windows Trello app really needs an offline mode too. I see a ton of people asking for this... is there any ETA?

I don't work for Trello so I cannot say for certain, however I dont see it on the Trello Development Roadmap right now so you might submit this as a feature request.
