I can push with SourceTree GUI, but not with Gitbash

I created a project on GitLab and imported it into SourceTree. I can see the do Staging, Commit, Push in the GUI. I can do add, commit in Gitbash, but git push sollicits the response "Permission denied". I've tried peppering the .ppk files all over...

These are local client commands which you should have not issues with.

ppk files are putty specific files. You need to use Puttygen to extract the public and private keys from the ppk file and add them into the ssh agent:
