I tried to integrate them...

can we have a function which will generate a card on the board when we open a new issue and vice versa generate an issue from anew card?

is it possible to connect the the status of the issue with the card and its moving on the board?

The Bitbucket Power-Up will display information from a Bitbucket issue on a Trello card, but will not automate changes in Bitbucket based on changes in Trello, or vice versa. For that, we'd suggest looking into a 3rd party automation tool such as Zapier: http://info.trello.com/power-ups/zapier.
