If I sign up for Trello Gold, is it just me who can upload larger attachments, to any board I can see? Or, can anyone upload larger attachments as long as I own the board? Or something else? Thanks!

The Gold benefits (3 power ups and 250MB file attachments) are for your use. Any board that you're a member of, you'll be able to use these benefits. Nobody else on a board you own will be able to use gold benefits unless they're also a gold user.
