Is it possible to setup Trello or Add-ons to Auto link to cards

I am looking to setup some method where if I mention the name of a card in the description, checklist items, comments, etc. On another card, Trello automatically changes this to a link to this card.

That's not possible natively within Trello, but for automation like that, you might want to check out Butler for Trello at https://butlerfortrello.com/

 

That can perform certain actions based on pre-defined criteria, so you might be able to make that work there!
