Where app windows 7?

I correctly understand that there is a Windows application of 10 and more windows, any below versions, isn't supported. It is an excellent joke! But report please when it is possible to begin to use software on windows 7 - enough jokes. Windows 10 software for strange people and perverts why it was necessary to do under it software?

It is an excellent joke that you are still using Windows 7.  It's ceased all development and support except critical security patches already it's in "extended support", and that ends in 2 years.

The answer to your question is "never".  There's no point writing anything for an operating system that is past its end of life, as no-one should be using it.

You need to upgrade to Windows 10.  You could think about Windows  8 as well, as that's still supported, but it goes into extended support in a couple of weeks, for 5 years.
