Hi Sam,

I would start by looking at the Diagnosing Remote Agent Connectivity section of Troubleshooting Remote Agents:

From the agents side verify the following:

• Is the agent able to reach and resolve the server hostname?
• Is the HTTP server port reachable?
• Is the agent able to reach and resolve the Broker address?
• Is the server Broker port reachable?

From the Server side verify the following:

• Is the server able to resolve its hostname?
• Is the HTTP server port referred by the agent bound?
• Is the server Broker port bound?

Review the Diagnosing Remote Agent Connectivity section of Troubleshooting Remote Agents for steps you can take to verify the above.  If everything checks out let us know and we'll go from there.
