Upgrading Crucible/Fisheye Problems

I want to upgrade Crucible and Fisheye, do I need to upgrade them separately?

Does it matter which one I upgrade first?

I used the crucible installer and it wiped out repositories that were there, I had to reconnect it to jira and now I am getting exceeded users message for license. Every upgrade I have had to do with Atlassian products is a pain.

Also it is not using the postgresql db anymore, so it must have wiped out those settings too.

I had this running as windows service,, I also used Jira as a user store,

So I guess I need help figuring out what went wrong and how to get it back to what it

Is there a way to get more advanced help with this problem?

I had to recreate the ENV variable on Windows, not sure how it disappeared and uninstall and reinstall the 4.5.1 version 2 more times and delete the data directory that got created on C: somehow and it finally worked. I also had to copy the postgresql-42.0.0.jar to C:\Atlassian\fecru-4.5.1\lib

Fisheye/Crucible is an single application with dual licensing (Fisheye and Crucible). You can freely upgrade the application and both products will be upgraded.

Ok I am confused , which installer do I use to perform the upgrade?

I checked the config.xml file in the FISHEYE_INST dir and it still has the repo info there and the connection string. I am not sure why it is not being used and it is running the built in hsqldb.

I have a starter license, how do I get help now?

I already went thru those docs.

I am not sure why it is using postgresql and it is instead running the local built in hsqldb, also it is not using Jira as the user store, so the only way to log in right now is as admin.

Is there anyway to purchase support incidents, so I can get some help?
