I have registered as per the instructions given.

Only thing it shows is downloading license

Can you please check and let me know.

No, you need to get it from the Atlassian site.

A new license should take milliseconds, it's a few hundred characters.  If downloading a licence lasts more than a few seconds for you, then there's a problem with your browser, connection or the Atlassian licence system.  I was able to re-get my licence a few seconds ago, so I don't think it's an Atlassian server problem.
