BAMBOO : How to rerun fail tests only in bamboo

Hi

I want only my failed tests to run from bamboo, so that I can reduce the number of false positives. Let say, I have 4 test cases and 1 fails, I want bamboo to automatically rerun that one test case and provide me a result. Is that possible in BAMBOO. Thanks for the help.

Also i cant see Rerun failed in my bamboo, do i need some specific rights here??

It says job, what if 4 test cases fail out of 100 test cases in a single job and the job gets passed. Will it work??

It was there all my life and I wasnt aware of it. What rights do need to see Rerun failed jobs.
