How to update JIRA portfolio from JIRA agile after plan is created?

I have created a plan in JIRA portfolio. Post plan creation, I have added stories and estimates... as well as burned down other stories. I am looking for a way to update this in Portfolio

Just hiting Calculate in your plan should update this. Did you try that and values were not updated?
