Jira Fisheye user authentication problem

Question

Hello,

I am trying to update and move Jira, Confluence and Fisheye to a new server and URL, with Jira as the authentication server via LDAP.

Confluence works fine.

In Fisheye I can't log in via LDAP, but all users and groups are visible. In the authentication-tab the entry for Jira is missing and in Jira the source-tab.

I think this must be a problem in the link but all connection tests go green and no errors in the logs. All other entries in the community don't match to this.

Fisheye 4.5.0 has bugs!

Installation of Fisheye 4.4.2 works

Dear all,

We also meet this issue on our Fisheye server,

But more serious is my Internal Directory's user also can't login.

It all says "password incorrect or unknown user".

Is it a bug?

Have anyone know why?

Hello,

I can see in Fisheye all groups and users needed, I can test connection to Jira with my account and all is green (except UUID is yellow but I think this is ok). But I still can't login to Fisheye.
