Is it possible to add more colour markers?

By colour marker, do you mean labels? If so, this is not currently possible- the colors are limited to what you see, however you can reuse colors by giving them a different name.
You might also consider sending an email to 'feature-ideas@trello.com' to suggest they add additional label colors.
