How do you select ALL diffs for ALL hunks for a changed file?

You can select ALL diffs for a given hunk. This is great, but how being able to consider ALL hunks?

Hi! At the moment what you'r asking is not possible. If you believe that would benefit the way you work, please submit a Feature request at jira.atlassian.com. Try to be as descriptive as possible and don't forget to mention how this would be beneficial for you.
