Sourcetree doesn't see one repository

I have installed Sourcetree on Windows, and it can see my personal repositories, but it does not see a client repository that is visible in Bitbucket.

How can I debug that?

I forced the issue bu hitting the "clone in sourcetree" button in Bitbucket, which made it available in Sourcetree.
