Atlassian Cookbook for Salesforce Development - destructive changes

Hello,

I'm implementing Atlassian development&deployment model for Salesforce. There is an info about "destructive changes" Bamboo plans here:

https://developer.atlassian.com/sfdc/setting-up-your-workflow/setting-up-continuous-integration-and-deployment

But there is no "undeployCode" target in provided build.xml file.

Can I ask for more clarification on this? The procedure seems to have a gap here...
