Can team members delete cards or lists?

I'm using trello as a professor. I'd like my students to be able to comment and add information to cards. However, I don't want them to be able to delete cards. Is there a setting for this? Thanks.

The only way to apply limitations to what a user of the board can accomplish would be through Business Class and adding users to the board as observers. Observers are limited to view the board, and you can enable commenting/voting if you prefer. They won't be able to do anything else like add information to a card, however.
