No Support Response on Existing Ticket Since April of 2016 - Escalation Request

The below ticket hasn't had Atlassian support comment since April of 2016. Short of a fix, an update as to the status of this issue would be very much appreciated. I'm requesting that the ticket be escalated and an update be given.

 

We have many users currently experiencing this problem if you need a test machine to reproduce. The ticket is as follows:

This is a community Q&A forum, I doubt that you'll get the attention you're looking for here. Additionally, there's really no "escalation" for Feature Requests/Bug Reports, particularly on a free product.

You're probably better off raising a support case or a "Contact the CEOs" case.
