Window restore button in 2.1.2.5 to the right

I'm using SourceTree 2.1.2.5 on a Windows 7 Enterprise machine.

When I go to restore the window (to either make it full window or bring it back to a smaller size) the visible button does nothing.

Instead the standard Windows Forms restore button displays a handful of pixels to the right, close to the close button. Screenshot below.
