A lot of clean file shown as unstaged

On windows 10, git depot created with git-scm version 2.9.2.windows.1

Git cmd shows clean:

git status
On branch master
Your branch is up-to-date with 'origin/master'.
nothing to commit, working tree clean

but SourceTree shows a lot of pending files.
