I have followed the steps to Install FishEye and Crucible but its not working

I have followed the step 3 in Stage 5 Dragon Slayer I am sucessfully updated all the instructions and when I run the bat command it is giving an error. Do let me know how can I solve this issue so that I can proceed further with the Dragon Slayer Steps
