On renaming user in my Crucible Instance. My Dashboard's Inbox resets everything to zero reviews.
Which version of Crucible are you running?
We experienced similar issue. Renaming a user caused the inbox to show no items.Renaming the user back made the items visible again.
It seems that the rename function does not take into account the inbox items.
We use version 3.4.0 .
