Attach instance to bambo?

Our VM at amazon is not visible to Bamboo any more..how do we attach a vm to bamboo? We have used a bamboo template vm which was working but now it is not. We do not wish to recreate an instance we wish to use the current instance if possible.

Please double check your security settings from both sides and update your remote agent to the same version of Bamboo Server. If doesn't work, please raise a support ticket at https://support.atlassian.com
