In "Show All" mode of SourceTree, is it possible to have a setting where it changes the folder icon to show that a file within the folder changed much like MacHg puts a blue circle with a slash inside it next to the folder that has a change inside?

Are you asking about folder icons inside of SourceTree, or inside the Explorer/Finder?
