Hi, I configured the trail version of Crucible in my machine. Started the fisheye instance. i am able to access the fisheye from my machine. But from the remote machine i am not able to access.

This is like i am able to access http://localhost:8060 from the machine on which fisheye is installed. But from the other machine with http://ipadrees:8060 i am not able to access. This is giving time up error. Thanks in advance fro any help.

Hi Saritha,

Normally this should work, so it looks like a network issue or something like that.
Can you please try to ping the FishEye server IP from the machine where you're trying to access http://ipadrees:8060? Do you have a firewall in between? Maybe you should allow the port...

Also, what error do you see? Is it in the web interface or in the logs?
